Australian made Desert Budgie Greeting card

This beautiful Greeting card features our desert budgies, and is an original artwork by Australian Artist Alison Archbold, from Archbold Design.

Alison has bred budgies for over 40 years and painted this design using her own birds. Our cards are proudly Australian made, printed and owned products.

Working from her Art studio on their farm just outside Canberra, Alison is inspired by nature, and the many creatures around her, including all her beautiful birds. All the animals in her ranges are painted from real animals, and the Budgerigars are painted from her own birds, Alison uses her artistic license to add in backgrounds that she makes up, from places that shes's seen whilst travelling around Australia, to create a more interesting artwork.

This card design was painted in Acrylic medium, and is also available as a limited edition print on cotton canvas via the website.
