Refund policy

We appreciate your business at archbolddesign.com and hope that you enjoy your purchase.

Our products are created from original artworks painted by Alison Archbold, which are then printed onto various materials including card, textile, canvas, ceramic ware & metal.

Each of the materials listed above require different printing techniques and ink types, and as such there will be some variance in colours between different products.

Where possible we ensure that the website image is a true reflection of the product colour, but there may be some variance due to photographic lighting, and back lighting of computer screens, different printing techniques or other variables listed above.

We are unable to accept returns on products that are not faulty.

Returns

Your purchase will be carefully packaged to ensure that it arrives in excellent condition. If your purchase has been damaged during shipping please notify us immediately.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must also be in the original packaging.

Please note we will not accept returns, where you have changed your mind in ordering a product. Please provide your purchase details including your receipt/ order number.

Once we receive your returned item, we will send you a replacement if the item is faulty.

Refunds

Please choose your items carefully as we are unable to issue refunds, if you change your mind once the item has been shipped. 

If an item is damaged or faulty, we will replace it minus the postage.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
