Our products are created from our original artworks and are printed onto various materials including card, material, canvas, ceramics & more.
Each of these materials requires different print styles and ink types and as such there might be some variance in colours between items – for example - with a print and a coffee mug of the same artwork.
Where possible we ensure that the website image is a true reflection of the product colour, but there may be some variance due to photographic lighting, and back lighting of computer screens.
Due to this variance we are unable to accept returns where items have been purchased and the colour is not an exact match.
Your purchase will be carefully packaged to ensure that it arrives in excellent condition. If your purchase has been damaged during shipping please notify us and we will replace it minus the shipping costs.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must also be in the original packaging.

We will replace any damaged card products, if they are found to be faulty. Please return any card products to us via Australia Post, and we will re send replacements.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund on products ordered through our website, via print on demand, as they are only created once you have chosen to order a particular product, therefore we are unable to refund on products you have changed your mind about.
We will however, replace a damaged item with another if it has been damaged in transit.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, we will have our print on demand partners re ship you a replacement product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a replacement product, we will cover the cost of shipping.
