Returns

We truly appreciate your business at archbolddesign.com and hope that you are delighted with your purchase.

Our products are created from our original artworks and are printed onto various materials including card, canvas & textiles

Each of these materials requires different print styles and ink types and as such there might be some variance in colours between items which is out of our control.

Where possible we ensure that the website image is a true reflection of the product colour, but there may be some variance due to photographic lighting, and back lighting of computer screens.

Due to this variance we are unable to accept returns where items have been purchased and the colour is not an exact match.

Returns

Your purchase will be carefully packaged to ensure that it arrives in excellent condition. If your purchase has been damaged during shipping, you will need to make a claim through Australia Post.

If you find that a product is faulty, you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

We will replace any damaged products, if they are found to be faulty, though each item is checked over prior to posting.

Please contact us via email immediately to let us know of any issues, so that we may understand the problem first.

Once received, we will inspect the item, and notify you that we have received your returned product.

Please note that some of our art products cannot be replaced due to being "one offs"

We will assess products on a case by case basis, & a refund will be issued if we feel the product was damaged due to our neglect, & we are unable to replace the item.

Refunds will not be issued due to a change of mind regarding an item.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a replacement product, we will cover the cost of shipping.
